What is an Online Meeting Link?

An online meeting link allows participants to enter the meeting. When you create an event space and enter the link, all future events created by the author will use this link. When users access the event details, they will see an “Enter” button, which they can click to join the meeting directly.

Each online meeting tool has different ways to find the meeting link. Below is an example using Zoom:

  1. Install Zoom on your computer or laptop.
  2. Sign up and log in.
  3. Click the Meetings menu on the left.
  4. Click Personal Room.
  5. Copy the Invite Link.
  6. Paste the copied link into the Online Meeting Link field in YouBook.
  • If you are already using Zoom, you can go to the Zoom website, log in, and follow the same steps above.
