The purpose of these Terms of Services is to stipulate the necessary matters between the Member and the services provider NICK syndicate (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

Management of Service Contents

The Company shall establish and disclose the necessary matters for members to upload service contents as follows.

  1. Rights of service contents uploaded by members

① Members retain ownership of their uploaded service content (page posts and images, minibook introductions and images, profile posts and images, notes and comments, etc.)

② Members provide the company with the right to use and distribute the content for free upon uploading.

③ Members are obligated not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others when creating content, and are responsible for this.

  1. Measures in case of inappropriate service contents uploaded by members

① If the service content or general content uploaded by the member falls under any of the following contents, the company may delete the content or prevent it from being displayed through technical filtering.

1)Offensive to others by invasion of privacy, defamation, swearing, or profanity
2)Offends others by violating public order and morals or by denigrating a particular group, organisation or religion
3)Infringing on the rights of others with unverified or unfounded content
4)Infringes the copyright of others
5)Contains personal information of others
6)Contains advertising/promotional content
7)Repeated posting of the same content
8)Interferes with the smooth provision of the Company’s services, such as malicious code
9)If it is judged that it may have an unhealthy effect on the smooth use of the service by other members

② The contents that the Company has restricted from displaying shall not be viewed by other persons, including Company employees. However, if the Company is requested to provide information by a court, investigative agency, or other administrative agency, or if required by other laws, the Company may allow other interested persons to view the contents.

③ If a member finds the above content, he/she may report the details of the content to the Company via email or Channel Talk using text, captured screen, voice recording, etc. and the Company shall review the content within 24 hours of receiving the report and, if applicable, delete the content or take measures to prevent it from being displayed through technical filtering.

  1. Use, cancellation, and refund of Service Contents purchased by Members

① If a Member has purchased paid Service Contents, he/she may use the content freely. In this case, the purchased content cannot be canceled or refunded. If you have any inquiries regarding this, please use the following.

  1. These Terms shall take effect from 1 July 2024 and replace the previous regulations.
